Services
The Parker Medical Clinic, a branch of the Cooperative Health Center, is a community health center for people who need basic medical care - including people with limited income and/or insufficient health insurance. Our clinic offers physical exams, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up for your basic health care needs:

- Regular check-ups
- Care for common illnesses and minor injuries
- Care for diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, heart disease and other
medical needs
- Mental health services
- Immunizations for children & adults
- Well-child clinics
- Prevention and wellness education
- Confidential HIV counseling and testing
- Breast and Cervical Health Care
- Referrals to specialists
